Abstract

Objetivo: analizar la producción del cuidado, en lo que respecta a la acogida, el vínculo, la resolubilidad y la responsabilización, a las personas indígenas con tuberculosis.

Método: estudio cualitativo, con observación sistemática, análisis documental y entrevista semiestructurada con trabajadores de salud y gestión de la salud indígena y secretaría municipal de salud de Banzaê/Bahia - Brasil. Se realizó la triangulación de datos de las entrevistas, registros documentales y observación del campo.

Resultados: la acogida se da cuando se reconoce la necesidad de comprensión y respeto a las especificidades culturales, el vínculo está relacionado con la cultura del trabajador de salud, la resolubilidad se ve dificultada debido a la gestión municipal y hay presencia de divergencias entre los responsables de la salud indígena en la responsabilización del cuidado.

Conclusión: son necesarias conductas colectivas entre las instancias municipal, estatal y los Distritos Sanitarios Especiales Indígenas, en cuanto al recorrido de los servicios de salud de la red.
