ELEMENTOS CONSTITUINTES DO CUIDADO: (DES)CONEXÕES QUE DESAFIAM A INTEGRALIDADE DO CUIDADO ÀS PESSOAS INDÍGENAS COM TUBERCULOSE

Objetivo: analisar a produção do cuidado, no que tange ao acolhimento, vínculo, resolubilidade e responsabilização, às pessoas indígenas com tuberculose.
Método: estudo qualitativo, com observação sistemática, análise documental e entrevista semiestruturada com trabalhadores de saúde e gestão da saúde indígena e secretaria municipal de saúde de Banzaê/Bahia - Brazil. Realizou-se a triangulação de dados das entrevistas, registros documentais e observação do campo.
Resultados: o acolhimento é dado quando se reconhece a necessidade de compreensão e respeito às especificidades culturais, o vínculo está relacionado à cultura do trabalhador de saúde, a resolubilidade é dificultada em virtude da gestão municipal e há presença de divergências entre os responsáveis pela saúde indígena na responsabilização pelo cuidado.
Conclusão: são necessárias condutas coletivas entre as instâncias municipal, estadual e os Distritos Sanitários Especiais Indígenas, quanto ao percurso dos serviços de saúde da rede.
