The pleasure/suffering relation of nursing technician and auxiliary work: study of a home commitment situation

This study aims to identify the
pleasure/suffering relation of nursing technicians and
auxiliaries who work in home commitment. Data
collection was made by semi-structured interviews.
The subjects were constituted of nursing technicians
and auxiliaries who work for facilities structured in
home care. Analysis of content referential was used
for data analysis. The results showed that the
professional-patient-family relationship arouses
satisfaction and psychal suffering.
