Abstract

Objetivo: conocer las prioridades temáticas para la educación continuada en salud mental desde la perspectiva de los trabajadores del Sistema Único de Salud.

Método: estudio exploratorio y cualitativo realizado con 37 trabajadores de la salud de un municipio de Mato Grosso do Sul, en septiembre de 2022. Los datos se recogieron mediante un cuestionario individual autoadministrado y un grupo focal guiado por un guión semiestructurado de preguntas. El material fue sometido a análisis de contenido temático.

Resultados: Los temas ‘Humanización en la atención a la salud mental’, ‘Salud mental en el contexto de la atención primaria’, ‘Gestión de situaciones de crisis’ y ‘Salud mental del personal sanitario y valorización profesional’ emergieron como prioritarios para las acciones de educación permanente en salud mental.

Conclusión: El conocimiento de estas prioridades temáticas permite planificar acciones de formación continua basadas en los problemas cotidianos que experimentan los trabajadores de la salud.
