Abstract

Objetivo: analizar la atención en crisis psíquica grave desde la perspectiva de profesionales de salud, personas y familiares durante la pandemia de Covid-19.

Método: estudio de casos múltiples, realizado con ocho profesionales de salud, seis personas en situación de crisis y siete familiares, durante tres meses, de octubre de 2021 a junio de 2022, en una capital brasileña. Los datos se analizaron mediante análisis de contenido y el marco teórico de la necropolítica.

Resultados: Surgieron tres categorías: “Desguace de la Red de Atención Psicosocial”, “Centro de Atención Psicosocial Ambulatoria” y “Atención a la crisis psíquica en la pandemia”. Esto confirma una necropolítica que atraviesa el campo de la salud mental y afecta a las personas vulnerables, por lo que el debate sobre la financiación y la carrera es urgente.

Conclusión: la falta de servicios especializados de salud mental, unida a los servicios ambulatorios de salud mental que empezaron antes de la pandemia, ha empeorado la atención a las crisis.
