WORKSHOPS ON NURSE’S ROLES AND DUTIES INSIDE HOSPITAL TEACHING – STATUS REPORT ON EXPERIENCE

There have been four eight-hour workshops with the objective of promoting discussions among nurses of this institution. Those discussions were based on the analysis of nursing activities, having in mind that the institution’s mission comprises of assistance, teaching and research. As a result, a document was issued describing nurse’s roles and duties. As final consideration, the authors suggest further discussions and debates on the topic.
