Profissão de protagonista x Profissão de vilão: representação do trabalho em telenovelas da TV Globo

Este trabalho reflete sobre as mudanças de representação dos personagens principais da telenovela brasileira ao longo de vinte anos, compreendido entre 1998 e 2017. A escolha metodológica por este recorte se deve ao que foi considerado contexto da “era de ouro” da ficção televisiva mundial, devido à quantidade, audiência alcançada e qualidade das produções nas principais redes de TV do mundo. Identificando possíveis interlocuções midiáticas, têm-se como ponto central as representações do protagonista e do vilão em produções ficcionais audiovisuais da TV Globo. Pretende-se contribuir para os estudos culturais, visando a um olhar crítico das representações simbólicas e da ressignificação de profissões à luz dos acontecimentos sociais, políticos e históricos.
