As relações que comportam os processos produtivos passaram por grandes modificações desde a década de oitenta - marcada pela reestruturação produtiva e fabril, integração no mercado de fornecedores chineses e, particularmente, a implantação do plano real. As reminiscências das estruturações anteriores se reconfiguraram em torno de um contexto marcado também por fatores internos de produção e administração, compondo novos modelos industriais que caracterizam alternativas capazes de enfrentar paradigmas clássicos do capital, entretanto, estabelecidos sob a mesma lógica de sua reprodução, como é o caso da Cooperbotões.
