Abstract

The analysis of the imposition of excessive prices, in ge-neral, presents obstacles that make it difficult to spend the limited resources of the competition authorities. Among the objections raised are the evidentiary pro-blems in establishing the cases in which such conduct may be considered to have occurred. This article aims to analyze this issue, with a special focus on collective copyright entities.
