UMA BUSCA BIBLIOGRÁFICA DE AUTORIA DE GÊNEROS NA PROPRIEDADE INTELECTUAL

Muito se fala sobre a qualidade das patentes como uma ferramenta para melhorar o crescimento econômico. No entanto, as investigações a respeito da análise da participação das mulheres na pesquisa tecnológica são muito limitadas. O objetivo deste artigo é determinar se a participação feminina em registros de invenções e a sua influência na qualidade da patente. A investigação baseia-se na análise da informação que mostra 110 artigos publicados pela plataforma Scopus nos últimos 10 anos. A principal conclusão é o fato de a qualidade da patente ser maior quando a equipe do inventor inclui a presença masculina e feminina. De acordo com os resultados obtidos neste trabalho, argumentamos que é necessário, portanto, implementar políticas que promovam a maior contribuição das mulheres e a consequente implicação nos campos da ciência e tecnologia.
