The article explores the use of quality tools as strategies for companies to improve the organizational environment in juniors. The work environment is crucial to employee efficiency and contentment, directly affecting motivation and mental health. The research used quantitative and qualitative techniques, including questionnaires and tools such as Brainstorming, SWOT Analysis, 5W2H and the PDCA Cycle. The results indicate that the lack of communication, interaction and training are crucial aspects. Suggestions for improvement include alignment meetings, specific training, recognition events and a centralized means of communication. The use of these tools aims to strengthen the organization's culture and foster a cooperative and stimulating work environment. The research highlighted the relevance of maintaining a constant focus on member growth and recognition to ensure their development and recognition, in addition to exposing the ease with which quality tools help to identify and solve problems in the organizational climate
