INOVAÇÕES REALIZADAS EM UMA CLÍNICA DE FISIOTERAPIA NA PANDEMIA DE COVID-19

Abstract

Durante a pandemia de Covid-19 muitas empresas reinventaram-se buscando não apenas sobreviver ou evitar prejuízos, mas também inovar e ampliar suas chances de sucesso no mercado. Assim foram escolhidas como objeto de estudo as inovações realizadas por uma Clínica de Fisioterapia do Norte do Paraná.  O objetivo dessa pesquisa foi propor melhorias incluindo um modelo de avaliação com base em indicadores para as inovações realizadas pela empresa durante a pandemia de COVID-19. A metodologia utilizada foi um estudo de caso com uma abordagem qualitativa. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de uma entrevista com um dos sócios da empresa e acesso a relatórios de atendimentos. Os resultados obtidos englobam melhorias para estas inovações e indicadores para a avaliação destas melhorias.
