Children, adolescents and families: tendencies and global preoccupations

Economic and social inequalities represent one of the most important challenges for contemporary societies. In this text, the author discusses some global indicators and trends, there are relevant to the child and youth population, with the intention of highlighting issues that need to be taken into consideration as one visualizes more equitative and fair societies.
