The concept of person isrelevant from either ethical or historical orlegal perspective as the center of imputationof rights and obligations. However, thetranscendence of such notion goes beyondany exclusivist approach, precisely becausesocial order and institutions that rule it only make sense around human being, that is,those do not exist before the person. Then, it is only possible to understandlegal subject since the integrality of his orher being, that is, highligthing the moralcomponent that undergoes the legal one andboth approches from the perspective ofhistorical temporality.Downloads
