Abstract

Este texto apresenta uma abordagem analítica um tanto quanto diferenciada das apresentadas pelos pesquisadores nesta “crise da modernidade”. Pretende-se verificar nesta discussão a passagem de um discurso supostamente jurídico, produzido na Academia de Direito de São Paulo na segunda metade do século XIX, para um discurso político, encontrado nos plenários recém-republicanos. Compreende-se, assim, de que maneira a estrutura política imperial, derivada das composições jurídicas se estabeleceu a partir de discursos incisivos proporcionadores de revoltas, embates, protestos, panfletos e manifestos.

Graduado em Direito pela FCJ/UTP e em História pela UFPR. Mestre em Direito do Estado pela UFPR. Professor de Filosofia do Direito e Sociologia do Direito na FCJ/UTP. Professor de Humanidades, Coordenador do Curso de Direito e Diretor de Campus da Faculdade Pitágoras de Curitiba e da Faculdade Radial Curitiba. Pesquisador do Centro de Ensino, Pesquisa, Extensão e Pós-Graduação (CEPEP) da Faculdade Pitágoras de Curitiba.
