Abstract

The work of Marcel Mauss has served as inspiration for many paradigms in the field of Social Sciences. This paper presents briefly some of their ideas re-appropriated by MAUSS (Mouvement Antiutilitariste dans les Sicences Sociales) trying to articulate them in order to make more lucid understanding of its importance not only to anthropology but also for sociology and especially for the Economic Sociology.
