Introduction: Based on the concept of Political Sophistication (Luskin, 1990), this article examines whether politically influential groups on Twitter, distant from the political center, publish more frequently about agendas in the Brazilian lower chamber. The working hypothesis suggests that more politically sophisticated groups have a higher incidence of publications on legislative topics. Method: To investigate this question, we used the Dice coefficient, comparing around 73 thousand tweets from 473 federal deputies, 285 digital influencers, and 500 regular users with abstracts of the extraordinary sessions of the Chamber of Deputies held between June and July 2022. Results: It is not possible to establish a relationship between the ideologization of online profiles and the congruence of publications on legislative topics, with the rejection of the null hypothesis occurring only among federal deputies. Conclusion: This work contributes to the development of further studies using document similarity techniques and social networks, which are prominent in the current political debate.
