ISOLATION OF Staphylococcus aureus POSITIVE COAGULASE AND DN’ase FROM COLONIAL CHEESE COMMERCIALIZED IN BLUMENAU – SC (BRAZIL)

Twenty cheese samples were collected at Blumenau - se (Brazil) and were submitted to microbiological analysis in order to verify the presence of Staphylococcus aureuspositive coagulase and DN'ase. Among the 20 samples of cheese, the analysis revealed that 100% of the samp1es were contaminated and 95% of them were not in accordance to the present legal especification by Divisão Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária.
